Support Camp Cadet
Established in Armstrong County by the Pennsylvania State Police in 1975, Camp Cadet was immediately embraced by local citizens. During the week-long summer camp, held the last full week in July, county youths ages 12-15 strengthen their character, learn self-discipline and gain a sense of responsibility. The Camp is rigidly structured... but fun.
Supported solely by private donations, the camp is offered without cost to cadets or their families. Because Camp Cadet is operated through the volunteer efforts of State Police personnel and civilian counselors, your contribution goes entirely to producing programs that build civic awareness and encourage responsibility while fostering self-esteem .
To send one child to Camp Cadet for 1 week costs just $175. Please consider making a contribution to Camp Cadet and help kids from all over Armstrong County. Show your support of this unique program and make an investment in your area's future.
